We buy our cattle whole, so you can enjoy the rarest cuts of beef. It is only possible to eat these rare cuts because we buy the whole cow. Be sure to check our daily specials to see what we have available. We get our organic vegetables from our contract farmer in Chiba Prefecture. Although the cooks are in the kitchen and do not have much opportunity to interact with customers, they take care to prepare the meat so that it is easy for customers to grill, absorbs the sauces well, and does not stick to the grill. They also are sure to cut it so it is easy to eat. Our company president likes sake, so we are fully stocked with his best picks for you to enjoy. We have a rich assortment of beer, sake, wine, umeshu (plum liqueur), fruit wine, shochu (grain alcohol), cocktails, and more. You can also enjoy rare sake here.
