Our dishes spotlight Matsukaze chicken(brand chciken) raised in Tambashinoyama, Hyogo. We also offer a host of other chicken varieties. We select our chicken cuts to highlight the finest qualities of the individual breed for the optimum yakitori experience. Our quail is raised long-term so it grows 1.5 times larger than the average poultry quail. Our vegetables are naturally grown among wine vineyards.
