Restaurants in Asakusa are in a heated battle, but [Bona Festa], an old-established Russian restaurant has always been popular. Our motto is to keep serving tasty dishes, regardless the genre and tradition. For example, our special [Cabbage Roll] has a melt in your mouth texture as it is stewed with bouillon for 4-5 hours before being boiled with tomato sauce. [Borsch] is stewed all day long, and breads are baked after letting the dough sleep for long time. Also, we sometimes use the ingredients usually not used for Russian cuisine, such as Japanese shore fish and Matsutake mushroom. All what we want is to serve delicious dishes to make our guests happy. We believe that such way of thinking is the biggest key to the popularity of our restaurant.
