Fresh fish, plated beautifully in the manner of a flower arrangement. Seafood freshly caught in the morning is delivered straight from the harbor in Akashi. Traditional awa shoyu is added. The flavor of the soy sauce is a perfect match for this otsukuri, drawing out the goodness of the ingredients.
