Enjoy the proud taste of the long-established restaurant with our Unaju (grilled eel with rice) and traditional sauce.
Our restaurant has been operated at the foot of Ishikiribashi bridge over the Kanda river for about 180 years. Founded in 1835, this long-established restaurant is specialized in eel. The 6th generation owner keeps the traditional taste of eel. Not to mention the skills of dressing, spitting and grilling by Bincho Charcoal (high-quality charcoal), the restaurant is particular about the specially selected eels. However, we do not stick to the place of origin, as [when eels are raised in a decent environment, the place of origin is not a problem.] The important thing is whether the traditional sauce matches the eel or not. Unlike many others, our restaurant use large-sized eels of about 400g, to bring out the taste of our [traditional sauce maintained over a long period of time]. Please enjoy the excellent taste of the long-established restaurant in a wooden house at the riverside of Kanda river.
