[Unaju Jo (rice in a lacquer box topped with high-grade broiled eel)] Luxuriously enjoy our domestic eel carefully selected by the chef.

Our skillful chef cuts belly of domestic eels from Aichi and Tokushima, and quickly broils them using high-grade Binchotan Charcoal. The key of the deliciousness is our original dipping sauce that has been kept in use since 1912, by adding new sauce to the original one. You can only enjoy this exquisite taste here with a history of more than 100 years.
