The restaurant can offer not only the finest Japanese Wagyu sirloin but also fillet, a representative of lean meat with marbling. The best beef is only purchased and served when it is available. The vegetables are also prepared with freshness, mainly from contract farmers.

Same as for meat, fresh vegetables are purchased directly from contracted farmers as well as from the market. As the vegetables, such as onions from Awaji Island and shiitake mushrooms from Sanda, are slowly cooked on the teppan to extract their flavor, they are not seasoned too strongly, making them healthy and popular among women.
