The second store, Ryuen Nishinakasu Branch, focuses on aged meat cured with original aging methods and Kobe beef. It is the only restaurant in Fukuoka registered as the designated registration store for Kobe beef, proofing that the restaurant is authorized to handle Kobe Beef.
