Powerful and impressive Italian food incorporated with sensitive French technique
"Osteria" means a casual wine bar in Italian. The owner, Toru Fukuma has experiences of French cuisine as well as Italian. The combination of Italian cuisine, which simply brings out the best in the ingredients, and systematically established French technique create a strong rich taste. The sauce using consomme or broth further enhances the quality of main ingredients. The food is, of course, accompanied with Italian wine.
