As we stick to using high quality vegetables, the best vegetables of the season are carefully chosen and cooked into gelee, mousse, and ice cream. They are particular about vegetables and carefully select seasonal vegetables. They make jellies, mousses and ice creams using vegetables that are unique to that season. You will be entranced by the beautiful colors, and the texture and temperature change with each bite is enjoyable. It will build anticipation for the next course.

Main dishes filled with the charms of the four seasons

The menu is themed around the seasoning of the duck. The moist duck meat and the sauce made with red wine and figs create a wonderful harmony. The side dishes, which change daily, are mainly made with local vegetables from Totsuka, allowing you to experience the taste of the season.
