Natural wine and Italian cuisine Uva-Uva

I love the chef's kindness and his passion for Madame's wine. The chef's hometown, cheese from Fukui Prefecture, and many of the natural wines are a masterpiece. As you pour wine into a glass, it will teach you how the wine was born, so you can have a lot of fun learning. The fun of seeing the creator's face is also wonderful. The vegetables are really delicious, so be sure to try “Bagna Cauda” or “Salad”. The pasta that makes use of the flavor of the ingredients is superb, so I think it's a great place to visit just by eating.
