Sushi Jubei

[Fuji Jupei] in Fukui City is a bowl restaurant where the shopkeeper can buy fresh seafood every morning. You can taste the sake and porridge slowly, such as the original local sake "Jyubei" from the store. It is recommended for any scene from a date to a family meal.

A storefront owned by a shopkeeper of the same age. I am sympathetic to the shopkeeper's commitment to thoroughly produce good things, such as counters that use lavish single sheet of Narasu and simple interiors, and so on, such as purchasing ingredients and sincere attitude toward cooking. I am familiar with the handling of fish, and while taking care of the local area, I will study every time I visit, such as purchasing seasonal seafood from all over the country if necessary.

I think it is a top-class sushi restaurant not only in Fukui prefecture but also in the Hokuriku area. The story centered around the coastal waters and the personality of the general are wonderful, and it is by far the best shop for me.
