Next to a winery, our restaurant is in a house on a small hill in Himi.
[SAYS FARM] is a winery in Toyama. Though our dishes are Italian-based, they are created freely regardless the genre and ingredient. We use wild herbs and vegetables grown at our site, seafood from the fish port in Himi that is in front of us, and eggs our hens have just laid. Our menu is not fixed but it is decided by the chef depending on the ingredients of the day. Enjoy our dishes using local ingredients. We also serve a wide variety of wine from [SAYS FARM] including merlot, rosé, chardonnay, and cider. Enjoy feeling the nature of Toyama with your five senses at our restaurant on the top of the hill with an exquisite view.
