Our specialty is [Honzukuri Warabi-mochi (bracken-starch dumpling)] served with kinako (roasted soybean flour), using high-quality Tamba black bean. Enjoy the beautiful combination of [kinako flour of Tamba black bean] finished by grinding the stone mill for numerous times, and [Honzukuri Warabi-mochi] made with our traditional method that we have been using since 1868, which gives you luxurious unexplained taste.
