With this tasty and fun specialty of ours, you can enjoy grinding the highest-grade Tamba black bean with a stone mill to create your own kinako (roasted soybean flour) with a good aroma and taste, to sprinkle on warabi-mochi (bracken-starch dumpling). On cold days, we recommend hot mochi just-cooked with an exquisite flavor.
