Mr. Nakaoka was born in 1968 in Osaka. His family's business was a butcher shop, which fueled his desire to provide delicious meat for many people. This passion drove his decision to pursue a career in this field. In 1999, he independently opened the Koushiya Kobe Sannomiya Branch. He consistently thinks about how to offer customers even more delicious meat, emphasizing not just the quality of the ingredients but also the importance of excellent service. Every day, he works hard to provide something that will satisfy his customers.
