Hana-Houbi is on 2F of a back alley building near Sannomiya and Ikuta Shrine. It is a mature, hideout-style Teppanyaki restaurant that serves Kobe beef certified by the Kobe Beef Marketing & Distribution Promotion Association. Here, guests can enjoy an experience that fulfills all five senses, made possible thanks to the ingredients Japan boasts of to the world and skilled chefs. For Kobe Beef, the restaurant offers a sirloin that features fine fat, a filet with a delicious lean meat taste, and an exquisite chateaubriand. Aside from the main beef dishes, they also serve select foods such as live abalone, lobster, and fresh vegetables delivered from all over Japan, including Kobe's own Nishi Ward. There is also an excellent selection of drinks, including domestic whiskey and wine.
