Mr. Kamachi, who has worked in famous restaurants in various places, including France, offers special cuisine that fully uses Japanese and French skills. Recommended are course meals, which are available by reservation only. You can choose from "Iwanaka Pork," "Kuroge Wagyu Beef," or "Iwate Duck" for your main dish. All of them are thoroughly raised starting from the method of raising, and they turn into aromatic and profound flavors when smoked. The dishes using fresh seafood from the seas around Japan, which the chef himself purchases, are a fusion of Japanese and Western cuisine.
