A hidden French restaurant along the Meguro River where you can rediscover Japanese food culture.
Restaurant Re: is a French restaurant located along the Meguro River, famous for its cherry blossoms. In spring, late-blooming double-flowered cherry trees welcome you throughout the whole window. The restaurant aims to be a place where people can rediscover the local cuisine and values of various regions of Japan. Ingredients directly shipped from farmers and fishing ports in multiple areas from Hokkaido to Okinawa are used to prepare "unique tastes" in Tokyo, where people and goods from all over Japan gather. The monthly "omakase course" is not only delicious but also offers a "story of the producers" and a sense of the background of the dishes. The pairings selected by the sommelier, who is well-versed in Japanese wines and Japanese Sake, are exquisite. *Cancellation fee: 50% of the total amount of the course on the day before the event and 100% of the course on the day of the event.
