The signature dish at this restaurant is the steak made from Hiroshima beef, a brand of Japanese beef that represents Hiroshima. They offer A4 and A5 grades at the same price, and they especially recommend the A4 grade, which has an excellent balance of fat and lean meat. Choose from lean meat, sirloin, or fillet.

Fresh seafood at reasonable prices! "Grilled live spiny lobster (limited quantity)"

The "live spiny lobster" is cooked to order and served from the fish tank inside the restaurant, and is truly fresh. Because it is so fresh, it can be served not only "grilled" but also "sashimi". It is also reasonably priced, with a fixed price, not based on market price.
