Born in Ishikawa Prefecture in 1975, the second-generation owner honed his skills at Japanese restaurants in Tokyo and Nagoya. He inherited his family's restaurant, Korinbo, and while upholding the traditions of his predecessors, he continues to refine his own techniques. Driven by the desire to create a restaurant where people of all ages can relax and feel comfortable, he has meticulously crafted a warm and inviting atmosphere, and has made it easily accessible by offering a free shuttle bus service. Through traditional techniques and heartfelt hospitality, he strives to create memorable moments for his guests.
