It is run by a company handling aging meat whose concept is "connect Ichinoseki city in Iwate with Tokyo through food." One waiter serves at one table, and they grill meat for the customers. You also can't miss "Bone-In Top Blade"; its unique aging smell is mouth-watering. In addition, they have wines that go well with the meat, that make you feel happy and smile naturally. Table seating on the second floor can be discussed for private parties of up to 34 people.
