Mr. Iwanaga was born in Nagasaki Prefecture in 1976. He developed an interest in food during his student days and decided to pursue a career in cooking. His specialty is Chinese cuisine. After honing his fundamentals at a hotel, he gained experience at a multi-cuisine restaurant. By exploring different culinary genres, he has developed a broad perspective on how to handle ingredients and create flavor combinations. He subsequently joined CR Corporation.Through experience in various types of restaurants, he has developed the ability to create well-balanced dishes and respond flexibly to various work situations. He is a chef known for his genre-defying creativity and his reliable, experience-backed technical skills.
