This ramen was born from the combination of the words "white," meaning marriage (Issunboushi married a princess), and "white miso." Saikyo white miso and rice malt from Kyoto are used, and the aroma of yuzu spreads softly and enhances the deep flavor. The red devil (defeated by Issunboushi) inspires the crab, making it a beautiful-looking dish.
