This popular course allows you to fully enjoy the deliciousness and creativity of Shozan's cuisine. You can enjoy two main courses: a fish dish such as "Today's Fresh Fish" and a chef's special meat dish.

The portions of each dish are small, so two main dishes are just the right amount.

There are six dishes in total: a starter dish, appetizer, soup, main course (fish or meat), dessert of the day, bread, coffee, and sweets.

Using special seasonal ingredients and high-quality ingredients, we create a course menu of a variety of seasonal delicacies. Since some rare ingredients are available in limited quantities, you can enjoy dishes that cannot be included in standard courses and dishes that take on new ideas.

We will be offering a chef's special course menu during the Christmas period. Reservations can also be made during lunch time.

This special dinner course incorporates seasonal ingredients such as Shozan's original foie gras sushi, Sendai beef, and truffles. We also offer sake and wine pairings, wine by the glass, and of course non-alcoholic drinks.

This lunch course includes the first dish, appetizer, soup, main course, and dessert. This special course, available only during this period, incorporates ingredients from Miyagi, including Sendai Kuroge Wagyu beef and shark fin. The course also includes special sake and wine pairings.
