At Dohtonbori Okachimachi Branch, he is in charge of overall cooking. He is passionate about okonomiyaki, which can make the most of various ingredients, from vegetables to seafood and meat, and is honing his skills in front of the teppan. He is also committed to developing menus that reflect seasonal and regional characteristics.
