Savor yakiniku with a concentrated flavor of meat and rice cooked over a wood-fired oven in an old private house with a basement.
Yakiniku GUTS Hanare, which has the main branch in Tanimachi 9-chome, has the atmosphere of a Hanare (annex), as the name suggests. The "Assortment of Today's 4 Wagyu Beef" is an exquisite item with the fine taste of Wagyu beef, including selected three parts and special lean meat. Another specialty, "Kamado Gohan," is cooked slowly over a wood fire using a kamado (stove), which brings out the best in each grain of rice. The restaurant, with the atmosphere of an old private house, is divided into the first floor and the basement, inheriting the original mood of the good old days. In particular, the stone walls in the basement have remained from when the house was built to the present day, and you can enjoy the history and taste of the house along with the food. This yakiniku restaurant provides various dining occasions, including date nights, family and friends dinners, business entertainment, and banquets.
