Yakiniku Kokon offers a fusion of traditional and modern yakiniku. It mainly stocks Tamura Beef, which is raised on the Tamura Farm in Tottori prefecture. Tamura Farm raises only black Japanese and pure Tajima cattle. The quality of the meat is truly a work of art. The exclusive griller brings out the excellence of the meat to the fullest. Grilling to perfection according to the meat and cooking right in front of your eyes provide the restaurant its appeal.
