We use purebred Kinjo Agu pork, carefully raised without medication in the natural environment of Nakijin. You can enjoy the meat, which has a beautiful color and a high lean meat ratio, in shabu-shabu style. The perfect balance of homemade sauce and broth is also one of its charms.

Opening the lid reveals steam and a wonderful aroma. 'Clay pot-cooked white rice' brings out the full flavor of the rice.

We use rice from Nagano Prefecture. We purchase the rice as brown rice and mill only the amount needed in-house, so the freshness of the rice is unmatched. When you open the lid of the earthenware pot, steam, a wonderful aroma, and a gentle sweetness spread in your mouth.
