Mr. Hayashi was born in 1970 in Tokyo. His journey into the culinary world began with a part-time job during his student days. Initially, he worked as a bar staff member. Beyond serving drinks and providing service, he gradually developed a strong interest in cooking, leading him to pursue a career as a chef. On Miyako Island, he gained experience at a yakiniku restaurant specializing in the brand beef "Miyako Beef." Currently, he works as a head chef at Yakiniku Nikuru.
