Mr. Azuma was born in 1998 in Mie. He has built his career as a chef, primarily in Tokyo. After approximately four years at a sushi restaurant and two years at a Japanese restaurant, he is currently active as a chef at Shuto. He presents exquisite dishes that allow guests to experience a relaxed sense of luxury, aligning with the restaurant's theme of "just the right amount of casual luxury."
