Mr. Fujita was born in Tokyo. After gaining experience at izakaya, meat kappo, and shabu-shabu restaurants, he is currently working at Omoki. He offers courses that propose various ways to enjoy Kobe beef, such as shabu-shabu, grilled, and seared, based on the concept of "savoring Kobe beef and dashi." With private rooms and a designer interior, he aims to create a restaurant that accommodates a range of business and private events.
