Mr. Onda was born in 1974 in Tokyo. He has worked at several restaurants across Tokyo, including locations in Ginza, Akasaka, Ebisu, and Kanda. While specializing in Japanese cuisine, he has also gained experience in Italian cuisine, honing techniques that showcase the unique appeal of ingredients from different perspectives. Currently, he serves as the chef at Nagoya Cochin Ichiou Ginza. He delights guests with a diverse selection of special dishes featuring "Nagoya Cochin" chicken.
