Mr. Chikashige was born in 1988 in Osaka. He honed his skills and learned the essence of hospitality at Yakiniku Nishiazabu Kenshiro. With his artisan skill, he pays close attention to the state and appearance of the meat after cutting. Every day, he works in the kitchen to bring out the best in his dishes, aiming to see the genuine smiles of customers when they truly enjoy his food.
