Starting his career with noodles, Mr. Sasaki switched over to creative Japanese cuisine and charcoal grilling. He works hard to create superior food, an excellent dining space, warm customer service.
Mr. Sasaki was born in Sendai, Miyagi Prefecture, and entered the food industry through working at a ramen shop. After gaining experience as a manager, getting in depth knowledge of restaurant operations and customer service, he moved into the izakaya industry in search of further experience and now works at Hyakudo. Aiming to strike out on his own someday, he continues to refine not only his cooking skills but also to create a welcoming space with great customer service, where guests can relax and enjoy conversation.
