A chef who has gained experience in Japanese restaurants both in Japan and abroad, supporting eel cuisine.
Born in Osaka Prefecture in 1975, he grew up surrounded by the culinary world, having both parents as chefs, and naturally followed the path to becoming a chef himself. He gained experience at Japanese restaurants such as Kiso-ji and Kora in Nagoya, and at a Japanese restaurant in Guam, he also worked on a variety of dishes including teppanyaki and sushi. After that, he moved to his current restaurant. He is a chef who has cultivated a wide range of skills and knowledge in both domestic and international settings. His meticulous approach to cooking, based on the Japanese culinary techniques he has acquired over many years of experience, is reflected in each and every dish.
