Maintaining unwavering commitment, expressing honest craftsmanship in the weight of consistency.

Born in Chiba Prefecture in 1983, he was drawn to the world of sushi by the skillful hands of the craftsmen. He joined a sushi restaurant and learned the basics, from handling fish to mixing rice and making nigiri sushi. He continued to hone his skills at restaurants in different environments. Currently, he works behind the counter at Sushi Uni Tora, using the skills he has acquired to prepare and make sushi every day.
