Born in Kanagawa Prefecture in 1990. During his student years, he was captivated by the joy of making people smile through cooking and decided to pursue a career in food. He honed his skills at established hotels and Italian restaurants in Tokyo, winning the top prize in a cooking contest. He became head chef in 2015, started catering and production businesses in 2017, and incorporated the business in 2020. During his freelance period from 2021, he handled approximately 200 projects per year. After opening a store in Minato Ward in 2024 and transferring the business through M&A, he became the head of the food and beverage division of Silk Co., Ltd. in June 2025, and has been involved in launching new restaurants.
