Our restaurant serves a large variety of wine and beer and we're very particular about using seasonings that bring out the taste of those drinks instead of overpowering them. We created our "Homemade Bacon" with precisely that principle in mind. We're very particular about the quality and freshness of the ingredients we use. For example, we use fresh clams from the Chiba prefecture in our "Steamed White Clams & White Wine." Our dry-cured ham also gets rave reviews and comes highly recommended, especially paired with one of our wines. We have many regulars who stop by every day for a casual drink and a bite to eat, providing us with plenty of opportunities to get to know each of them on a personal level.
