Innovative Japanese-French fusion cuisine served in a casual atmosphere
Our pride and joy is our "Fragrant Grilled Eel & Taro Terrine", a lavish Japanese-French fusion using organically-cultivated dodare taro sent directly from Shibakai Farms in Chiba, which have a distinctively soft and flakey texture. Enjoy the delicious culinary harmony between the Japanese sauce drizzled on the eel and the white wine sauce used on the whole dish. Another ingredient we'd like to highlight is our helmeted guinea fowl, which we've been using for ten years now. The imported version has a reputation for being dry, but when we tried the variety produced by Ishikuro Farms, we found it to be savory and delicious and have been using it as an ingredient ever since. Here, the whole staff believes there's a connection between having confidence in the food and wine we serve and providing relaxed service. Everyone knows who produces the ingredients we use, so feel free to ask. Ricos Kitchen was founded on the concept of being a place for adults to enjoy casual dining. We're dedicated to making delicious food, and providing a relaxed atmosphere for you to enjoy your meal.
