Lightly seasoned dishes packed full of fresh vegetables, which the whole family can enjoy!
This dish features whole vegetables boiled in a light soup stock. We season this dish simply with yuzu pepper and salt to allow the original taste of vegetables to come through. We use tsubomina (rape) in a lot of menus in spring. We procure fresh, seasonal vegetables from all over the country. We are especially fond of those produced in Tanashi, Tokyo. We like the rib roast produced in Hokkaido. Our focus is on providing value for our customers. To satisfy customers, it is very important to entertain them properly as well as serve good dishes. Vegetable dishes were once thought to be suitable mostly for ladies, but now everyone from men to little children and the elderly want delicious vegetable dishes.
