- The home-made noodle using Hokkaido-made wheat made by owner chef Oshima Kinji has a solid finish and an excellent finish with a remarkable wheat grain. I have a very precise idea, combined from the selection of ingredients, I feel very high attention to one plate. My favorite is "new soy sauce ramen" which is finished with soy sauce which is based on the stock of seafood and made with a careful refinish. It is a delicious ramen that is truly delicious, with the deep taste of seafood combined with Oshima's soy sauce.
