I came to know a chef who works under Mr. Okamoto as a chef, but it is a high-class French that makes me want to go in a special scene. The food that owner chef Okamoto makes is delicious without complaints, and the quality of the hospitality is excellent. It is such a shop that makes you think that you will do your best.

A French restaurant in the back street of Aoyama, Tokyo [Remerciements OKAMOTO]. This is a shop opened by chef Okamoto, who was indebted to the French era, in Aoyama. In France, I have been working as a chef in three-star restaurants such as [Guisavore] and [Trowagro], and as a chef at domestic restaurants. We specialize in fragrant vegetables, mainly from the rich ingredients of the earth of Hokkaido where we are born, and we also use lambs and jibes. It is a chef's shop that you can respect, including a sincere attitude towards work.
