A French restaurant in the back street of Aoyama, Tokyo [Remerciements OKAMOTO]. This is a shop opened by chef Okamoto, who was indebted to the French era, in Aoyama. In France, I have been working as a chef in three-star restaurants such as [Guisavore] and [Trowagro], and as a chef at domestic restaurants. We specialize in fragrant vegetables, mainly from the rich ingredients of the earth of Hokkaido where we are born, and we also use lambs and jibes. It is a chef's shop that you can respect, including a sincere attitude towards work.
