A course meal named after the Chinese character for "light." This is a luxurious course for special occasions such as once-a-year anniversaries.

This dish adds the Shinshu delicacy, Towari soba to gozen, which is eaten with the changing of the seasons. Towari soba is made with fragrant buckwheat flower from Nagawa and goes down smoothly. Our menu, with its fresh, local vegetables and seasonal fruits, as well as its abundance of seasonal ingredients from fish to meat, will put you in a luxurious mood from the afternoon onward.

Seasonal dish, Owan soup, Otsukuri(sashimi), Grilled dish, Boilled dish, marinated fish with vinegar, rice, Japanese pickled, after soup and dessert. Kaiseki cuisine (Japanese course cuisine) including fresh seasonal vegetables Shinshu wagyu beef, Shinshu salmon and local bounty.

This steak is a well-balanced cut of lean and fatty meat with mellow tasting juices. Japanese Shinshu beef steak is made from Japanese black beef, meticulously raised on a special diet and in rich natural environment.
