As the seasons beautifully transition, our head chef recommends [Sakura Gozen Towari Soba] for savoring seasonal flavors Limited to 15 meals.

This dish adds the Shinshu delicacy, Towari soba to gozen, which is eaten with the changing of the seasons. Towari soba is made with fragrant buckwheat flower from Nagawa and goes down smoothly. Our menu, with its fresh, local vegetables and seasonal fruits, as well as its abundance of seasonal ingredients from fish to meat, will put you in a luxurious mood from the afternoon onward.
