Each day we fly in fresh seafood harvested from the waters of Shikoku's Uwa Sea, so we can vouch for its freshness. Even in Tokyo, you can experience a taste of Shikoku. Our [Uwajima Sea Bream Rice] combines fresh sea bream sashimi dipped in sauce with steaming hot rice. The mixture of the umami (pleasant savory taste) of the sea bream, the sweetness of the rice, and the salty-sweet sauce is perfection. One bite and you'll be addicted!
