At the beautiful Hinoki cypress counter, the owner, Mr. Hiraya, makes sushi with graceful movements. With the skills and experience he honed at a long-established Edomae-zushi restaurant, he takes great care in his meticulous and thorough work. The Omakase course features side dishes and nigiri sushi. It includes simmered and grilled dishes using seasonal seafood and well-selected nigiri sushi, finishing with tamago-yaki (grilled egg) and sea eel paste for a blissful time. Despite its extravagant menu, the restaurant is also reputed for its relaxed atmosphere and modest pricing. It is equipped with a complete private room as well as counter seating, making it a reliable restaurant for everyday use or family gatherings, anniversaries, and business entertainment.
