It is an exquisite appetizer made with fresh octopus cooked super tender in a well-balanced broth. It is served at the beginning of the course, and the more you chew it, the more flavorful it becomes, making it an excellent partner for the owner's choice of sake. Simmered Sea Eel - is especially exquisite. Enjoy well-balanced nigiri in the second half of the course.

The variety of nigiri allows you to enjoy the top of the season's seafood. The restaurant is especially proud of Simmered Sea Eel, which uses the highest quality sea eel from Akashi and Tsushima. The conger eel, cooked tender and then grilled to savory perfection, goes well with the sweet sauce made over five hours, providing a melting taste.
