This is a sea urchin feast that you won't find anywhere else, made with plenty of our proud additive-free fresh sea urchin.

This course can be ordered even if you visit us on the day of your visit.

Appetizer: Two small dishes (Abalone with sea urchin miso dressing, Sea urchin simmered in soy sauce)
Sashimi Platter: Sea Urchin and Two Other Items (Additive-free raw sea urchin, today's white fish, and bluefin tuna)
Grilled dish: Sea urchin gratin; Bowl dish: Grilled sea urchin salad; Steamed dish: Lily bulb dumpling with sea urchin and silver sauce; Fried dish: Sea urchin fritters; Seasonal tempura; Rice dish: Steamed sea urchin and crab rice; Dessert: Today's dessert

You can change your meal to a mini sea urchin rice bowl for an additional ¥1,650 (tax included).

This course is prepared by a chef with over 20 years of experience as a Japanese cuisine chef, using additive-free raw sea urchin in the style of Uni Murakami Hakodate Ekimae branch.

We use carefully selected ingredients, mainly from Hokkaido, and fresh, seasonal seafood.
Enjoy a relaxing and extraordinary moment of pure bliss.
