This is a sea urchin feast that you won't find anywhere else, made with plenty of our proud additive-free fresh sea urchin.

This course can be ordered on the day you visit.

Appetizer: Two small dishes (fresh yuba topped with sea urchin, sea urchin tsukudani)

Carefully selected ingredients, mainly from Hokkaido, and fresh seasonal seafood.
